Arka Metalia Private Limited is an emerging MSME in metal lamination and surface finishing, backed by more than a decade of hands-on experience in the laminates and metal industry. From our head office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and our manufacturing works at MIDC Taloja, we laminate decorative and protective films onto aluminium, galvanised and stainless steel, manufacture PVC membrane laminates, and supply decorative films to the Indian market.
Our lamination line, imported from Foshan, China, brings world-class surface-finishing technology to an Indian MSME setting — global precision, with the responsiveness and flexibility of a focused, owner-led company.

To grow into a recognised export-oriented unit in metal lamination — a name that stands for "Made in India" quality in laminated sheets and decorative films, supplying OEMs across India and international markets, and helping close the gap in a segment India has long imported.
Our laminated GI and aluminium sheets are engineered for the exacting standards of India's bus and coach industry — the supply chains of OEMs like Tata Motors (Starbus), Olectra Greentech and JBM Auto — alongside lift manufacturers, appliance makers, fabricators and the furniture industry across India and abroad.
Our fully automated lamination line is imported from Foshan, China — one of the world's leading hubs for metal surface-finishing machinery — making us the first in India to run a fully automated decorative film lamination line. Automation gives us consistent bonding pressure, controlled temperature profiles and uniform film tension across every sheet, with minimal manual variation.
From our works at MIDC Taloja, we run substrate preparation, lamination, inspection and packing under one roof, so quality is controlled at every stage before dispatch.
